How Many Cameras Is Too Many Cameras?
My sister, observing me unpacking all the stuff I brought back from Derby today, asked me, “Why do you have three cameras now?”
I looked at her, confused, and she pointed at the three SLRs I’d just taken out of a box and put on a shelf. I said, “Oh, those? I don’t know, I just seem to collect them without realising. Anyway, I don’t have three. I have four.”
I pulled another camera out of a box. “Five.”
I spied the bag on the floor, full of lenses and at least one more camera. “Maybe six.”
She stared at me with one eyebrow raised.
“What?! I like cameras!”

You can’t have too many pens, pencils, paint brushes, musical instruments - why could you have too many cameras?

If you don’t know how many you have, you just might have too many. The first step is to admit you have a problem ;)
